IT Hardware Sales Representative

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales portfolio by contacting existing network, channel partner relationships, networking, social media, email, company generated leads, and prospecting new clients
  • Move leads through the sales process by generating interest, understanding needs/business objections, and strategically creating value to close sales
  • Communicate accurate product descriptions and use product knowledge to appropriately react to customer needs
  • Establish and maintain a trusted customer relationship throughout the IT Lifecycle with each developed account
  • Document all activities in company CRM system
  • Adopt BBC’s culture of assuring the highest level of quality, value, satisfaction, and customer service in every communication

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must have at least 5 years of previous IT hardware resale experience
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Knowledge of computer products and specifications
  • Demonstrated proficiency in database management, Windows 10, Microsoft® Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), LinkedIn and CRM
  • Experience with IT Asset Management and Remarketing
  • A desire to make more income as sales increase
  • Ability to travel on occasion
